Vendor Application
pit vendors Terms & Conditions
• Vendor spaces are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• All payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• Table allocations are made at the discretion of Collector's Pit and may be adjusted due to operational requirements.
• Vendors are responsible for their own stock, equipment, displays, and personal belongings. Collector's Pit accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.
• Vendors must only sell legal and authentic products and comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
• The sale of counterfeit, prohibited, offensive, or unauthorised goods is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licences, permits, or insurance required for their business activities.
• Bump-in and bump-out times must be strictly adhered to as advised by the event organisers.
• No metal-wheeled trolleys or damaged plastic wheels are permitted inside the venue.
• Vendors must keep their display within their allocated space and ensure aisles and emergency exits remain clear at all times.
• Power access is only available to vendors who have pre-booked and paid for power requirements.
• Additional helper passes are only included where specified in the booking package.
• Collector's Pit reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any vendor whose behaviour or products negatively impact the event or its attendees.
• Collector's Pit reserves the right to cancel or revoke a vendor booking at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. In such cases, the vendor will receive a full refund of any vendor fees paid to Collector's Pit.
• By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
